On behalf of the entire team at ICRIER, I extend warm wishes for a happy and successful new year! I am pleased to share the January 2021 issue of the Newsletter, which provides a quick recap of ICRIER’s research and policy engagements during December 2020.
The raging debate around financial sector, cyber security, agriculture policy changes, the pandemic and health matters among other topics are reflected in our December activities. On 14th December, we hosted a webinar on Global Cooperation for Cyber Resilience in Financial Sector. On 9th December, we hosted another one on 'Informality and COVID-19 in South Asia' with an insightful report presentation by Hans Timmer, Chief Economist – South Asia, The World Bank. If you missed these and others, you can find the recordings in the links below.
We released a working paper on ‘Housing for India’s Low-Income Urban Households: A Demand Perspective’ in December that continues to attract a lot of attention. Our studies and reports can be accessed on the ICRIER website and via the links below.
We hope you take some time to view some of the recordings and also glance through other updates from December. We would love to hear back from you.
