The Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) invites applications from qualified survey agencies to conduct survey as part of its project, “Estimating Skilling Needs and Filling Skill-Gaps for India’s Industrial Energy Efficiency.” This survey aims to assess the current skilling landscape, initiatives, and employment potential in the energy efficiency (EE) sector for select manufacturing industries in India. The project involves surveying 200 firms across Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, over approximately 60 days starting 1st December 2024.
Agencies with relevant experience in industrial sector surveys are encouraged to apply no later than 18th November 2024. Applications should include a capability statement outlining previous work experience, a tentative strategy for conducting the survey, and, a budget quotation.
