Devashish Sharma is a Research Assistantat the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, currently working with the Digital Economy, Start-ups and Innovation (DESI) team. He has a postgraduate in economics from the University of Warwick. He completed his bachelors in economics from Christ University. His interests are particularly in the field of macroeconomics, data science, political economy and development economics.
He has published a journal article in MEDC along with Dr. Radhika Lobo on the direction of Indian trade in 2018. He has a modest research experience in the field of econometrics and data science. His specialization lies in studies pertaining to inflation and the costs borne by them particularly for the Indian economy.
