Eshana Mukherjee is a Research Associate at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). She has completed her M.Sc. in International Business Economics and Finance from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune and B.A(Hons) Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
She is member of the research team working on G20 issues for the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance. The project is funded by the Department for International Development (DFID), UK under the UK-India Economic Policy and Prosperity Partnership (EPPP). She was also a member of the team working in processed food and beverages sector, for analysing sales and purchase trend over the past decade and to forecast till 2030. She has also compiled and performed cross-country analysis in terms of technology, innovation and ease of doing business and compilation of secondary data and collating country wise barriers in Information Technology along with cross-country analysis in terms of Foreign Direct Investment, compilation of secondary data and collating country wise Foreign Direct Investment notes for study titled “Investment and Development Outcomes of Tax Incentives.”
