Diya Dasgupta is a Fellow in the Climate Change, Urbanization and Sustainability Division at ICRIER. She works on a wide range of topics spanning renewable energy, climate financing, climate negotiations, energy modelling, etc. Some of her noteworthy projects include estimating Nationally Determined Contribution target implementation costs for India, climate negotiations for the G20 Energy Transition Working Group & Clean Energy Ministerial, adaptation financing, and clean energy employment estimation. Diya completed her M.Sc in Economics from TERI School of Advanced Studies and her B.A. in Economics (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
