Prof. Rekha Jain Senior Visiting Professor at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) and Associate Coordinator, Centre for Telecom Policy Studies, IIM, Ahmedabad. Recipient of senior Fulbright Fellowship on Telecom Regulation in 1997-98. Recently concluded an International Study on IT Applications and Telecom Policy in South-East Asian Countries. Research and teaching interest in telecom policy and regulation in the areas of rural telecom, spectrum management and local exchange competition.
Research and teaching interests in the area of Information System Implementation. Published in national and international journals.
Participated in various consultancy assignments. Worked in an apex level bank for a year before doing Ph.D.
