Yashree Mehta holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from University of Goettingen, Germany. She has M.A. in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from University of Hohenheim, Germany. She has also provided consultancy to International Water Management Institute and Asian Development Bank. She has worked as a research assistant at Indian Institute Management, Ahmedabad in the areas of Economics and Public Systems Group. She has published research articles in national and international journals. Her hobbies include reading and travelling.
