Mr. Prem Surya Dharmalingam as a Research Assistant in the CCUS Team. Prem holds a Postgraduate Degree in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where he conducted comprehensive research on climate change, disaster management, and sustainability. Additionally, he possesses a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai.
Prem is dedicated to advancing research for better policymaking and promotes data-driven, informed decision-making. His expertise encompasses climate and disaster resilience, econometric analysis, urban flood management, and sustainable development. Beyond his professional pursuits, Prem enjoys cycling, visiting new cities and countries, and participating in conferences on climate, environmental, and social issues.
