A Chartered Accountant, CMA (US), CPA, and CSR-certified professional, Harleen has led several institution-strengthening initiatives, including process modernisation, digital transition, internal control enhancement, and governance reforms. Her work focuses on building financially resilient and operationally efficient systems that support long-term institutional stability.
At ICRIER, she oversees financial strategy, compliance and audit functions, people management, and board and regulatory processes. Her leadership emphasises transparency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, helping create a performance-oriented and future-ready organisational culture.
