Nency Agrawal is a Research Assistant at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) in the Growth, Employment, and Macroeconomy (GEM) Department. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Central University of Rajasthan and completed her Master’s in Economics from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar School of Economics University, Bengaluru, where she was recognized as “Student of the Year 2024.”
Nency has experience as a Research Assistant at the Foundation for Agrarian Studies and interned at the Public Affairs Centre. Her research interests encompass gender studies, employment, development economics, and macroeconomics. She has co-authored multiple research papers focusing on gender, labor, employment, and productivity across various sectors.
