The objective of this project is to deliver comprehensive research and develop and Industry Vision Report articulating the roadmap for the Ayurveda sector, outlining a clear path for growth, milestones of this sector through 2035. It will establish key metrics and milestones to monitor progress under various scenarios, ensuring data-driven decision-making. The initiative will pinpoint actionable strategies to boost market penetration, drive research and innovation, and enhance globalisation efforts. Additionally, it will explore the sector’s connections with other healthcare deliverables and opportunities like medical value tourism. The project will also examine successful approaches from other countries that can be adapted for India’s context. Ultimately, it will provide policy recommendations to fortify the Ayurveda sector’s growth and cement India’s position in the global market.
The key deliverables of the project include an ICRIER-CII jointly published report, to be released at a flagship event.
