The objective of this work programme is to do high quality research in the food sector, covering areas (including but not limiting) like spices quality and standards, gaps in food safety and standards and streamlining the food supply chain. The aim is to provide policy inputs to the government.
The key deliverables of the project include stakeholder’s consultations, two policy briefs and their dissemination.
