Indo-Sri Lanka Trade in Services: FTA II and Beyond

India and Sri Lanka already had an FTA and were negotiating a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).  Services sector was identified as one of the key sectors of that agreement. This survey-based study was conducted for providing inputs into the CEPA negotiations. It examines the scope for trade, investment and collaboration in services, identified the barriers and suggested the way forward.
