As part of its G20 Presidency, India has set up an independent Expert Group (IEG) to provide recommendations on strengthening the Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs). The Co-convenors of the Group are Prof. Larry Summers (US) and Mr. Nand Kishore Singh (India). The Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER, Delhi), along with the Centre for Global Development (CGD, Washington DC), have been appointed as the Secretariat to this Group.
