FDCC is an independent, time-bound global initiative established to co-create a shared vision, principles, and actionable recommendations for a development cooperation system fit for the 21st century and is convening a series of regional knowledge partnership engagements across 2026 as part of this process. Through a knowledge partnership with FDCC, ICRIER serves as the intellectual anchor for India’s chapter of this initiative, co-designing the thematic framework, convening diverse stakeholders across government, multilateral institutions, the private sector, think tanks, and civil society, and providing intellectual stewardship throughout. Beyond facilitating the conversation, ICRIER will distil and synthesise India’s perspectives, priorities, and recommendations into substantive outputs to inform FDCC’s global framework for reimagining development cooperation in the 21st century.
