Harsh Wardhan is working as an External Consultant with ICRIER on issues related to agricultural policies. He has over 6.5 years of research experience. At ICRIER, he is engaged on studies related to agricultural value chains, agricultural marketing and price dynamics of agricultural commodities. Prior to ICRIER, he was working as a Consultant with the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotions, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt of India on issues related to price and productivity indices. Previously, he has also worked as Research/Academic Associate at Indian Institute of Management- Ahmedabad. He has co-authored several reports, book chapters, and articles in reputed newspapers. He is the co-author of the book, “Marketed and Marketable surplus of major food grains in India” with Prof. Vijay Paul Sharma, current Chairman of The Commission for Agricultural Costs & Prices (CACP), Government of India. He has completed his Master’s in Economics from Ambedkar University, Delhi (AUD) and Bachelor’s in Economics from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University.
