Maria Khan is an economist with over 9 years of experience across competition economics and law, forensic and dispute advisory, corporate investigations, merger review and policy advocacy. Her professional journey has taken her from working on high-stakes antitrust investigations and merger control at the Competition Commission of India, to conducting fact finding investigations and drafting expert reports for clients at PwC and KPMG ‘s forensic and dispute advisory practice. She is passionate about bridging the gap between policy, law, economics and finance through evidence-based insights.
Maria holds a Master’s and M.Phil. in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia and Jawaharlal Nehru University respectively. Outside of work, she enjoys reading books and traveling.
